Terms and conditions

Please refer to each programme and application or booking process for their specific terms, conditions and complaints procedures. This includes information about cancellations and refunds. If you are unsatisfied with the outcomes of any complaints raised, this may be escalated to our Interim Chief Executive Officer, Paul Gould on paul.gould@lsjs.ac.uk.

Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour towards staff or participants will not be tolerated and may result in removal from LSJS programming or refusal to participate in future LSJS programmes.  

LSJS reserves the right to refuse admission to its classes and courses where there is a threat of disruption or to the safety of the staff and/or students taking part.
