For educational programming that's fresh, relevant and dynamic, bring LSJS courses and classes to your school, shul, organisation or private group, at your convenience.
A typical LSJS session is where learning is high-level yet accessible to all, students feel empowered to ask questions and share opinions, and challenging issues are
confronted. Our content is grounded in primary sources, such as the text of the Torah, and is informed by the highest level of academic research and religious scholarship. The topics we teach are carefully chosen to ensure they are relevant, profound and impactful for the intended audience.
You can bring to your community:
• Rabbi Dr Raphael Zarum, Dean of LSJS and the Rabbi Sacks Chair of Modern Jewish Thought, established by the Zandan family. He is an international lecturer, rabbinic leader, academic and author with a passion for teaching traditional Jewish texts and innovative educational programming, and host of Big Questions of Jewish Belief, an LSJS podcast where modern challenges of religious faith are debated openly and honestly.
• London-based educators such as Rabbi Dr Harris Bor, Joanne Greenaway, Rabbi Dr Barry Kleinberg, Rabbi Dr Samuel Landau, Debbie Meyer, Rabbi Michael Pollak, Dr Lindsay Simmonds, Michelle Sint, and more.
• An international lecturer, either for a visit or to run an online session, which could be preceded by in-person group learning. Teachers include Rabbanit Leah Herzog, Rabbi Alex Israel, Michael Rainsbury, Rabbi Dr Daniel Rose, Dr Tanya White, and many more.
