A Family Tour to Spark Curiosity, Conversation and Connection

Bring the Chanukah story to life for your teens on a family day out at the British Museum. They may have learnt about the good Maccabees and the evil Antiochus, but there is far more to the story. Explore the deeper clash of cultures, lifestyles and ideas – and the competing visions of what it means to live a meaningful life today.

Led by JFS teacher and expert informal educator Rafi Cohen, this interactive tour combines stimulating activities, lively discussion and Jewish sources with fascinating Greek artefacts.
