Gershom Gorenberg is an Israeli historian and journalist. He is the author, most recently, of War of Shadows. He is a columnist for The Washington Post, and has written for Prospect Magazine, The New Yorker Times Magazine, Atlantic Monthly and The New York Review of Books, and in Hebrew for Ha’aretz. He also lectures in Journalism at Columbia University.
