Dan Rickman is the Development Director at London School of Jewish Studies (LSJS), where he leads fundraising, partnerships and strategic development across the organisation. He works closely with trustees, donors and colleagues to strengthen LSJS’s impact and long-term sustainability, helping translate its educational vision into meaningful engagement and support.
Dan brings over 15 years’ experience in the Jewish and non-profit sectors, with a strong track record in leadership, fundraising and organisational growth. Prior to joining LSJS, he held senior leadership roles at ORT UK and Mitzvah Day, where he led strategic development, expanded national programmes, and helped secure transformational philanthropic support.
Alongside his professional work, Dan is the founder of Get Men Talking, a peer-led programme focused on reflection, leadership and emotional literacy, which has run multiple cohorts in the UK and internationally. He is passionate about education, innovation and creating spaces for thoughtful conversation and meaningful connection, values that strongly align with LSJS’s mission.
