Refunds, Cancellation and Transfer of Courses

Payments for pre-booked courses may be transferred to other programmes or lectures run by LSJS, at the discretion of LSJS management.

Refunds may be given at the discretion of LSJS management and are subject to a £20 cancellation charge.
- No transfer can be made from one session of a programme to another within the same programme, unless under exceptional circumstances at LSJS’ discretion.
- Full refunds are available for lectures or courses which are cancelled due to circumstances within LSJS' (or its lecturer’s) control. Payment will be made within one calendar month.
Complaints
- Any complaints about the office service (including these terms and conditions) or quality of the courses should be passed on to the Operations Manager who will then determine the appropriate course of action, in conjunction with the Trustees of LSJS, depending on its severity.
Payment of courses
- Admission to any LSJS course/ session will only be enabled once full payment for the relevant/ course session is received in advance of the shiur/ lecture commencing.
