Jonathan Miller heads the Senior Management Team of LSJS and provides strategic and organisational leadership.
Jonathan is a Chemistry graduate from Imperial College, London. He has a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) from the Institute of Education, London. Jonathan taught for over 30 years at JFS (the largest Jewish Secondary School in Europe), with over 20 years in Senior Leadership roles including 8 years as Headteacher. He also has a Masters in Educational Management and Administration from the Institute of Education, London, and the NPQH (National Professional Qualification for Headship) from the National College for School Leadership.
He has been an active member of the Professional Advisory Group of PaJeS (Partnerships for Jewish Schools) and the Professional Advisory Group of Pikuach (the Jewish Community’s Inspection Service). He has also served on the education committee for a trust fund responsible for awarding bursaries for needy students and been the co-Chair of the Association of Headteachers of Jewish Schools.
Jonathan joined LSJS in September 2016 and is excited to be using his experience and passion for Jewish Education in a new setting.
